COBOTIC 100T is used for TIG welding.

  • The system of the TIG welding cell – 100 T – is equipped with two control panels to manage the oscillating cycle. The opening and closing of the various protections that separate the two work areas are fully automatic and sensor-driven.
  • Provision for pneumatic connections for jigs.

Simple use

Thanks to ROLLERI ROBOTIC software, programming is quick and simplified, with the most important
commands remoted to the COBOT’s handle.

Using an initial and final point, the COBOT moves in space, recognizing sheet metal deformations without requiring operator programming.

  • The COBOT can operate in two modes: manual and automatic. In manual version, the COBOT
    is set to collaborative mode, with all settings ensuring safe operation. In automatic version, the
    workspace is protected and sensorized, allowing the COBOT to move at maximum speed.
  • A continuity group is present to prevent sudden stops.

Handling

COBOTIC has been designed to have a compact volume and limited weight.

It is possible to reconfigure the layout of production lines within the workspace in an extremely agile manner, thanks to the provision for forklift or overhead crane lifting.

The forklift forks must be at least 90cm wide.
