COBOTIC 90M is used for MIG/MAG welding.

  • The system of the MIG/MAG welding cell – 90M – is equipped with two control panels to manage the pendulum cycle.

Thanks to the ROLLERI ROBOTIC software, programming is quick and also simplified by the fact that the most important commands have been remote-controlled on the COBOT handle.

Through a start and end point, the COBOT moves through space recognizing sheet deformations without operator programming.

All machines are designed to be connected to the fume extraction system. There are 2 inlet ports of Ø 100 mm each to connect the extraction system.

  • The COBOT can work in two modes: manual and automatic.
    In the manual mode, the COBOT is set in collaborative mode, with all settings ensuring safe working.
    In the automatic mode the work area is protected and sensorized so the COBOT can move at maximum speed.

COBOTIC is designed to have a compact volume and limited weight.

It is possible to re-configure the layout of production lines within the work area in an extremely agile way thanks to the provision for forklift or overhead crane pickup.
