COBOTIC 90MC for MIG/MAG welding and grinding.

The system of the MIG/MAG welding and grinding cell – 90MC – is equipped with two control panels to manage the pendulum cycle. The opening and closing of various protections dividing the two work areas are manual and sensorized.
It can use power tools or pneumatic tools managed directly by the software, including the onboard management of additional tools with quick release and attachment: a fully automatic tool change system.
Provision for pneumatic connections for fixtures.

Ease of use

Thanks to the ROLLERI ROBOTIC software, programming is quick and also simplified by the fact that the most important commands have been remote-controlled on the COBOT handle.

Through a start and end point, the COBOT moves through space recognizing sheet deformations without operator programming.

The COBOT can work in two modes: manual and automatic.
In the manual mode, the COBOT is set in collaborative mode, with all settings ensuring safe working.
In the automatic mode the work area is protected and sensorized so the COBOT can move at maximum speed.
