COBOTIC 90TX is used for TIG welding work.

  • The system of the TIG welding cell – 90TX – equipped with two button panels useful for managing the pendulum cycle.
    The closing and opening of the various guards dividing the two work areas is automatic and sensor-controlled.
  • Provision for pneumatic connections for fixtures.

Ease of use

Thanks to the ROLLERI ROBOTIC software, programming is quick and also simplified by the fact that the most important commands have been remote-controlled on the COBOT handle.

Through a start and end point, the COBOT moves through space recognizing sheet deformations without operator programming.

  • The COBOT can work in two modes: manual and automatic.
    In the manual mode, the COBOT is set in collaborative mode, with all settings ensuring safe working.
    In the automatic mode the work area is protected and sensorized so the COBOT can move at maximum speed.

COBOTIC is designed to have a compact volume and limited weight.

It is possible to re-configure the layout of production lines within the work area in an extremely agile way thanks to the provision for forklift or overhead crane pickup.
